Demineralization of soils can be noted in our veggies

We are trying to motivate large traders, exporters, retail and brands to look more at the soil as the starting point of sustainable agriculture. So, we are planning to show them that it is in their interest by demonstrating that the quality of the products they buy goes up and losses in the chain go down. Besides improved productivity and pest/disease resistance. For that case to these important players we are gathering "proof" or study/research or documented experiences that show the relationship between better quality fruits/coffee (taste, nutrition, shelf-life) and improvement of the soil throught compost, humus, microbes and minerals (incl trace elements). Who can help us out with valueable information. We will pay back with a compilation of these cases and research for public use. The intention is to create a tool for forward thinking agronomists and farmers to convince their customers to focus on more than NPK and pesticides and recording applications hereof. With such a tool, we can really start a more regenerative type of agriculture that is a better business case for all involved.
