What to make with the excrement?

Hello, friends.
Bueno, I have a great doubt since I am to begin a micro farm. I will begin with some 10 pigs, but seeing the pros and contras, I was with which I don't know what to make with the excrement.

Por example, since you will have a great quantity of organic matter in which there is not 10% of entire food digested by the animals that it is wasted if you toss it to the basura!
Alternativa: Devise you a pool for breeding and put on weight of tylapia, or another resistant species that exists in the area where you are. This exploitation doesn't require bigger cares neither expenses. You would have this way animal protein to recycle it like food for the pigs or in their defect, in some parts they market the production for human consumption. In your case, the excrements of 10 pigs should not cause you bigger problem, if you use them directly as subscriber in agricultural floor.
La production of biogas is too expensive to confront it with so few pigs and, for the topic of the compostaje, so that this is efficient it should, in the first place, to be carried out a solid-liquid separation of the purín and, later, to add him organic matter (vegetable remains are the most common thing), to create a compost of quality.

Dear Jorge Luis,
the same as some of the participants in this forum recommend you to build a biodigestor, the beginning cost is not really so high and if you put in the scale advantages vs disadvantages truth that the first ones are more, as much in economy as in proteción to the means. I don't recommend you you throw the excrements directly to cultivations because I don't know the area where you live but if these relatively close to people or rivers and creeks can have problems with scents, flies and contamination. On the other hand, if you build a biodigestor, the excrement is processed by bacterias for the formation of the methane and when this process finishes what you obtain it is a matter descontaminada that if you could use in cultivations. On the other hand, the gas that podruce the biodigstor can use it to cook foods, to heat water, or heating for the breedings of the sows, lowering costs in the electricity use.

Preferably in Asia (Japan), Africa (Egypt), etc. is important for my, to know experiences in compostaje included centuries behind (before cristo). This can be an alternative:
to sell it for the lombricultura (composta production).
to put some biodigestores since for the production of gas the excrement of the pigs is high in gas butane.
to incorporate it to the earth in payment form to the cultivation lands.

I believe that you already have several options, piscicultura, lombricompost, biodigestores, direct payment for agriculture, the important thing is to know which your productive conditions are to know how alternative it is the best for tí. Information is much, opt for some, and then it centers your attention in her. The important thing is to avoid to all coast the environmental contamination, especially with the cerdaza (pig excrement) that is ideal condition for the fly proliferation.

to use biodigestores like alternative of the escrementos, is very good literature to temperatures above the 25ºC, but in my case that I am building corrals for 50 pigs, I don't find the design for a temperature from 18ºC to a height of 2000 msnm that serious a good alternative for the manure of the pigs, if somebody can seek advice? thank you
