We promote alternative vegetal protein sources, special commodities like tara and guar meal.
We also promote linseed, either crude or cooked, as a vegetal source of protein beside, linseed is known to be the best vegetal source of Omega 3 essential fatty acids (ALA).
OMEGALIN, source of protein and fat, is a range of products based on specific linseed varieties, which are rich in Omega 3 (ALA) ; this linseed is cooked and extruded in order to:
- deactivate antinutritional factors ;
- ensure oxidative stability ;
- increase protein digestibility ;
- enhance bioavailability of the oil.
