USPOULTRY Plans Financial Management Seminar

The U.S. Poultry & Egg Association financial management planning committee
met recently to discuss the agenda for the upcoming seminar. The 2003 Financial
Management Seminar will be held June 16-18 at the Sawgrass Marriott Hotel in Ponte
Vedra Beach, Fla. The enrollment fee is $100 for representatives from USPOULTRY
member companies and $200 for individuals from nonmember companies.



The seminar will address many topics that are relevant to financial managers today.
Some of the items on the agenda include Risk Assessment/Sarbanes-Oxley, Economic
Forecast, Financial Management Best Practices, and Training and Retaining Accounting
Professionals.
