TPH200 Extruder

A typical extruder for raw material treatment, which is suitable for processing various kinds of raw materials through adjusting the configuration of screw;
Capable of sterilization, detoxification and ripening, thus improving product quality and boosting digestibility and absorption;
The pedestals furnished with triple bearings are lubricated with recycled dilute lubricating oil, ensure the stable running and service life of the machine;
Every section the barrel is provided with an individual jacket, realizing the heating and cooling of the barrel, and greatly improving the controllability of the extruder and the uniformity of the product quality;
Mainly used for producing extruded soy flour, corn, soy meal and flaky feed for baby pigs in feed manufacturing as well as for processing other materials.
