Dear Juan Esteban: I can comment you what I am making, as so that you have an idea, and any doubt you don't stop to consult me. I base the feeding with corn, wheat afrechillo and pellets of soya. All these milled and mixed in different proportions, according to age and productive stage of the animal. I buy these products in a plant acopiadora of cereals, and the approximate prices are:
Corn: 0.375 (milled), Afr. Wheat: 0.20, and Pellets of Soya between 0.8 and 1 weight (also milled).

Hello, Esteban. The readiness of the corn, bran, I have it in the city where I possess my small farm. It is of low cost in relation to the balanced food. If you could provide me the information on the proportions to mix according to the age, I will thank you.
A hug.

Reading a book Strategies for a Sustainable activity in the Swinish production of the Ing.Agr. Carlos Vieytes, (argentino),me found with something that had heard several years ago behind on a plant that is good for the feeding of pigs. It is the Topinambur (Heliantus tuberosus)o jerusalén Aguaturma, tupinambo,Alcachofa, Pataca, cotufa or cane sweet potato. In my country (uruguay), it planted it to him in a time there for the years 50 or 60, but at the moment he/she doesn't know it to him. -
I would like to receive information, since it is very good food for the pigs and accompanied by other portions it provides good meat and bacon.
If somebody knows it and the plant, desire to have information to see the possibility to get seed. -

For those that ask that I feed to give to their animals (pigs), I advise to observe that foods exist in their region and to treat that these foods fill the nutritional requirements of these animals and if they don't complete these requirements one it can already opt for the inputs well-known com the corn and the soya. If they need to consult nutrition hacerca in pigs esccribanme
