The vertical general layout features saved space for installation and simple and beautiful appearance;
The cylindrical stabilizing bin eliminates dead corners for discharging, and it is equipped with thermal insula tion jacket, where steam pipes are built in;
Vibrating discharging device, of which the speed is adjustable as per the vibration force;
The damped rotation type level indicator is fitted on top of the stabilizer, additionally an opening is reserved on the top where the nozzle for steam blasting can be installed;
An access door is set in one side to facilitates daily maintenance and repairing;
All component parts contacting feed product are made of stainless steel for avoiding corrosion and elongating service life;
Mainly used in the stabilizing and ripening step of aquafeed manufacturing process for pellet feed stabilization with the aim of improving the ripening degree and water stability of aquafeed.
