Sulfanethazine (SM2) ELISA Test Kit

1. Principle
This test kit is based on the competitive enzyme immunoassay for the detection of Sulfanethazine(SM2) in the tissue(chicken, pork), milk, honey and egg. The coupling antigen is pre-coated on the micro-well stripes. The Sulfanethazine in the testing sample competes with the coupling antigen pre-coated on the micro-well stripes for the antibodies against Sulfanethazine. After the addition of the enzyme conjugate, the TMB substrate is added for coloration. The optical density (OD) value of the testing sample has a negative correlation with the content of Sulfanethazine in the sample. This value is compared to the standard curve and the content of the corresponding Sulfanethazine is subsequently obtained.
