STACKING AND DESTACKING SYSTEMS

The automatic stackers and destackers are designed to stack & destack trays and boxes
1 - Full & empty hatcher tray de/restackers for egg trays & chick baskets
- Designed to pick up 1,2,3,4 or 5 boxes/trays at one time, the machine can be used in Egg rooms for Destacking Empty hatcher trays or Stacking Full trays & in Chick Handling rooms for Destaking Empty hatcher trays or Stacking Full trays.
2 - Full setter tray transfer between farm Trolleys & setter trolleys
- The system is designed to stack or destack at high capacity & is suitable for in line handling of most types of boxes.
3 - Automatic box Destackers & Restackers
- The machine is designed to suit most types of boxes.
- The very simple design is carefree and the machine obtains a high capacity which once automated eliminates employee back problems and tedious lifting operations.
Capacity: Up to 1400 boxes/hour
4 - Automatic setter tray Extractor & restacking systems
- The machine is designed to extract setter trays one by one or two by two or four by four, enabling a high capacity in a function that is otherwise considered highly labour intensive.
- The re-stacking unit reloads empty setter trays in line.
- Each machine can economize an operator.
- The machine is adapted to suit most types of setter trolley
Capacity: 400- 450 setter trays/hour
