SelenoSource AF 2000 is a selenium yeast product of which a major component is selenomethionine. The selenium yeast in SelenoSource AF has undergone a series of washes to remove residual inorganic selenium salts. Selenium in SelenoSource AF 2000 is an essential nutrient for chickens, turkeys, swine, beef cattle, dairy cattle, sheep, goats, llamas, alpacas, horses, and dogs.
Mix SelenoSource AF 2000 at the following rates to formulate a premix containing no more than 600 ppm (272.4 mg/lb) selenium. The resulting premix shall then be added to provide up to 0.30 ppm added selenium in the final feed for all classes of chickens, turkeys, swine, horses, sheep, goats, beef and dairy cattle. Selenium yeast shall be incorporated into each ton of complete feed by adding no less than 1 pound of a premix containing no more than 272.4 mg/lb (600 ppm) of added selenium per pound
