Rooms of maternity for 61 sows

could Somebody give some installation price for pigs? I need the cost of the rooms of maternity for 61 sows, so that they are giving birth to 61 sows every month. They are 5 groups of 61 sows. I need the cost of the weaning area and drinking troughs, as well as troughs.

I hope this fact is of utility. To begin, I believe that the way to take out the budget for the cages of maternity would be for each cage, and obtaining the cost of each cage already pulls up you and you already finance the price of your team of maternity, because because I don't believe that he/she has to be exactly of 61 cages each maternity.
Now then, you mention that you have 5 groups of sows of 61animales, that are 305hembras, ok in total. Good, if you divide it in 52 weeks that he/she brings the year, he/she gives you an approximate one from 5.8 childbirths to week that multiplied by 4.3 weeks of the month he/she gives you an approximate one from 25 childbirths to month. But here they are not considering the repetitions of your pigs that that adapted would be of a 15, and separate it is also necessary to consider for how many days they will be busy your cages for each female, this is based on the age to the weaning. According to my little experience, I have worked in farms of 5000 stomaches where they had 6 galerones of 100 cages each a, with 20 cages in each cage. But the detail this is of making a good planeación according to the capacity of animals, because what it happens when he/she is not carried out a good planeación? they begin to have childbirths until in the gestation cages, for not having space in maternity or for the planeación of groups of childbirths not gets lost breedings, and consequently money.

I don't find correct the bill that he/she mentions the sr Sagarpa.
It is well that the number of females is 5 x 61 = 305 sows.
But those sows usually give birth to every 150 days, that is to say, each sow gives birth to 2,4 times a year.
Therefore, the quantity of annual pariciones that you will have will be 305 x 2,4 = 732 pariciones a year with 305 sows mothers.
What divided 52 weeks a year give 14,1 parición per week.
I find important this explanation, because not to keep it in mind will affect the development of the project.

The cycle of the sow is of 114 days.
And the quantity of repetitions of childbirths a year, is always the compatible maxim with the smallest time in weaning of the pigs, taking place this way the biggest production of pigs for sow and per year. The time or age of weaning of the pigs varies from the 15 days up to the 40, as he/she goes of intensive production in closed establishment, with very good feeding quality that is where you can wean to the 15 days, until a production to field with a maternal alone feeding, I marry in that takes place approximately to the 40 days, having between one and another end the whole range of alternative. But if to the sow we make it give birth to once per year instead of 2,3 or 2,4 times per year, we will have for the same quantity of sows many less pigs a year.

each region is different, and the production that you mention that one gives in Argentina is not the same one that one gives in certain regions of Mexico for diverse circumstances.
