RELATIONSHIP WEIGHT OF THE CUTS AND CAPON

did he/she Want to know, if somebody can give me a manocon regarding the relationship that there is in the weight of the cuts with the weight of the capons, for ej do I have a capon of 100 kilos, how many bondiola kg, matambrito, blanket chest, sirloin, etc, can I obtain???
I have a production in the prov. of BsAs and it is very feasible that can market my capons.

Sergio, does vos that you are in the topic, know which they are the values that are managing to sell the capon of 80 kg faenado, to a small refrigerator that he/she doesn't buy to the foot in BsAs that for the most part markets meat?
