Pigs recently born with muscular uncertainty
Hello. I am beginning in this area. I want approaches on the problem that I have with some pigs that were born recently. They had under weight when being born, and most presented uncertainty when walking and tremors. To the sow he/she was applied during the gestation the respective vaccination and the vitamins, to the lechoncitos, equally. They are improving, already all walk, but the tremors persist, and the mother gives them of suckling little (to make matters worse, 9 teats only give milk). They are 11, one died flat when being born. I had (after the calostro) that to give artificial milk to three pigs. Now they have 2 weeks and days of having been born, and two pigs that are more nurtured and big, presented diarrhea and vomit. I already treated them and they are improving, but he/she wanted to know their approach. If they could help me, since one is nurtured of the experiences of the other ones. Another point is that the sow didn't take the 115 days of gestation, but 109 days. |
