NOSIHEPTIDE premix

Nosiheptide is a polypeptide antibiotic produced by fermentation of a strain of streptomyces actuosus.. Nosiheptide is active against Gram positive microorganisms, e.g., Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus faecalis, S. pyogenes hemolyticus, S. viridans, Lactobacillus caser, and Bacillus subtilis.

It is approved for improving feed efficiency and promoting growth in chickens,and using as growthpromotor in piglets and swine, and for prevention ofdiarrhea in piglets.

Quality: 1.0

Advantage:No bacterial resistance and no cross resistance against other antibiotics has been observed.No residue in the tissue of animals was observed.
