That's just stupid! $0.60 just to produce the raw materials - there are no costs included in the transportation or conversion (or energy required) to convert the switchgrass to ethanol. What will be the net cost for the ethanol? What will be the net energy gain? Or is this just another corn ethanol debacle where you use nearly as much energy as you get out?
