For the production of Ethanol from fast growing trees and grasses TNO and Techno Invent from the Netherlands have designed a robuste and non specific method called the BIOSULFUROL process. This process can bring the price for a liter of Ethanol from a sustainable source down to 0.20 Euro/liter. This is of course groundbreaking!! For more details see:

We have a need for next generation biofuel and Bio Butanol would be the product to produce in Canada. What product does the process produce? Have you made Butanol before? The feedstock to utilize here would be Jerusalem artichoke tubers and stalks grown locally.
Is your process plant portable enough to be moved distsnces as the local crop was eventually harvested? Some material sources are in remote and hard to get to. Thanks.
