Multi-Stage PX Hatcher
The Jamesway PX Hatcher has been designed to improve hatch uniformity by incorporating the same air flow pattern used in the Multi-Stage Incubator. The air flow works in conjunction with the patented pressurized exhaust system, providing greater uniformity in temperature and humidity, and greater consistency in air velocity.
The PX Hatcher is equipped with Jamesways dependable PT-100 microprocessor controls, which allow regulation of temperature and humidity, and provide a complete indication of the status of all systems and alarms. Jamesways patented pressure exhaust system eliminates the need for a blower and auxiliary damper motor, reducing energy consumption while maintaining a more balanced environment. The Jamesway engineered and manufactured cabinet features fiber-reinforced plastic sheets laminated to a strong polystyrene core.
The precisely controlled environmental system of Jamesway’s PX Hatcher ensures that each egg receives the proper mixture of heat, moisture and carbon dioxide, resulting in an increased production of higher quality day-old birds
