Agronomy Engineer and Magister Scienteae in Genetic Plant Breeding graduated at the Universidad Nacional de Rosario. Independent consultant in the fields of plant breeding, biotechnology, Intellectual Property and Soybean Global Market. In 1994 he founded a company involved in seed genetics in Argentina and made technological and business alliances with Brazil, U.S.A., Paraguay, South Africa, Uruguay, Switzerland and Bolivia. In 2006 founder of a seed company in Paraguay.
Intellectual author of more than 60 soybean varieties. Advisor of the National Seed Institute. Former President of ArPOV (Association for protection of breeders rights). Former President of Prosoja (Association of soybean breeders and scientists). Member of the utive Committee of ACSOJA (Argentina Soybean Chain Association). Professor at the Universidad Nacional de Rosario. Juror and advisor of thesis for post graduate degree at the Universidad Nacional de Rosario.
