Aflatoxin B1 Test is a qualitative immunochromatographic assay for the detection of aflatoxin B1 in grains, nuts, oilseeds, cereals, spices and other commodities which are necessary to messure due to high matrix effect.
PRINCIPLE:
Solid phase chromatographic immunoassay using competitive method. A specific antibody against aflatoxin B1 recognizes the aflatoxin B1 molecules in the samples. The results are read visually by observing the development of coloured bands.

Specificity: No cross reaction against Aflatoxin M1 or other mycotoxin

Storage temperature: room temperature(2-30¡æ). DO NOT FREEZE

Attentions: all specimens should be handled as being potentially poisonous
Limitation: the test in for primary screening of Aflatoxin B1 contaminated food commodities only, quantitative methods should be followed if necessary
