KITKAN 110

KITKAN 110 is an antibiotic product used for the treatment of bacterial infections caused by susceptible pathenogenic agents in Poultry and swine. The product is resistant to thermal treatments (pelletization), and can be used in the feed.

COMPOSITION

Kitasamycin, a macrolide antibiotic produced by isolated colonies of Streptomyces Kitasatoensis Hata. The product has antimicrobial activity against a wide spectrum of susceptible pathogens.

INDICATIONS

Bacterial infections in poultry and swine, produced by susceptible Gram-positive and Gram-negative germs For example: Bacillus sp, Corynebacterius sp, Clostridium sp, Mycoplasma sp, Pasteurella sp, Staphilococcus sp, Streptococcus sp, Klebsiella sp, etc.

KITKAN 110 is specially indicated to support and sustain health conditions during challenges that require mid-term therapeutic applications. Strategic therapeutic treatments can be implemented according to clinical features and criteria of VMD in charge.

Its efficacy can also be seen when used as a growth promoter and as a feed efficiency enhancer.

DOSE RATE AND ADMINISTRATION

Poultry

As a growth promoter: 50 to 100 g. / Ton of feed
Treatment of chronic respiratory disease (CRD): 3000 to 5000 g/Ton of feed

Swine

As feed efficiency enhancer (continuous feeding):
Suckling pigs younger than 2 months of age: 50 to 900 g.
Suckling pigs from 2 to 4 months of age: 50 a 500 g.
Pigs over 4 months of age: 50 a 180 g.
Treatment: 400 to 3000 g / Ton of feed

Administer for 3 to 7 days in feed ration according to clinical features and criteria of VMD in charge.
