A clean production is not only limited to the animals, facilities and environment, but also to the workers. It is convenient that you apply a bioseguridad program in the facility (for example):
- that the workers should take a shower when entering and to leave the facility (with soap and shampoo).
- that no other people's person enters to the facility.
- to put rodiluvios for the entrance of trucks (of food, chip, etc).
- foot-baths for the transfer from the different sections (reproduction, maternities, recrías).
- to separate dirty area of the clean area, and that the workers have their work team (wardrobe) in the clean area.
- not to allow the entrance of personal objects (rings, clocks, personal clothes, etc), and if it ended up being necessary to enter something of this... that it goes by a disinfection camera.
The facility where I made my practice PABCO he/she works with the program, and in this the entrance of foods of swinish origin is even prohibited (sausages, pig meat). All this can also help you to a cleaner production, avoiding to contaminate your facility with illnesses so delicate with it is the PRRS.
God willing it serves you my answer. |
