In Mexico and in most of the countries producing of pigs it is forbidden the anabólicos use and other substances that hurry or rather they alter the normal development of the pigs and other species.
They are forbidden but in spite of this many producers use them, it is necessary to remember that we are what we eat and if these and other substances are prohibited it is for several reasons, some of these they are the following ones:
to). they -alter the normal growth of the animals.
b). they can have negative consequences in the health of the animals and in the meat consumers coming from animals treaties with anabólicos.
c). - Fraud to the consumer because he is paying for a healthy food and with certain characteristics.
d). they lose temper certain characteristic organolépticas of the meat, such as the flavor, the scent, the texture, the color, the deposition of fatty fabric, juiciness and consistency.
and). - disloyal Competition because the producers that don't apply them or they include in their portions they are in disadvantage with those that if they use them.
f). -no this justified one their use, because like he/she said in an occasion a veterinary scientist, the science without conscience has its consequence. |
