INSTA - DIOX (Chlorine Dioxide)
Stabilised Chlorine Dioxide
INSTA-DIOX is a specialised disinfectant based on stabilised chlorine dioxide developed by NARSIPUR for use in water sanitation and other applications in Poultry. INSTA-DIOX is a very potent and powerful, non toxic, bactericidal, fungicidal, virucidal, sporicidal biocide, activated by the use of ACTIVA (activator). It provides a clean water distribution system over a wide range of pH.
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS
Chlorine Dioxide in aqueous base
MODE OF ACTION
INSTA-DIOX penetrates the cell wall and reacts with vital amino acids in the cytoplasm. Subsequently, it destroys proteins and cell structure by bursting the nucleus thereby ensuring total cidal effect and not allowing resistant / mutant stains to develop.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
PREPARATION OF STOCK SOLUTIONS
In a clean one litre bottle, add 10ml INSTA-DIOX and fill up the bottle. Add 10 ml of the ACTIVA activator and close the bottle. Keep the bottle in a clean and dark place for about 6 – 8 hours. This solution is now ready for use.
DOSAGE
2-3ml in 1 ltr. of water for use as as a water sanitiser.
Example:
for preparing 2 ppm dose: use 2 ml of stock solution per 1 litre of water.
NOTE: Avoid direct exposure of the solution to heat and light, keep in a cool shady place.
Use the prepared stock solution within 48 hours.
During preparation of the stock solution use INSTA-DIOX followed by water and then the activator .
