What is Immunox?
IMMUNOX is a powder blend of live active
yeast , fructo-oligosaccharides and probiotics (porcine specific),
designed for growing pigs (from weaning to up to 70 kg weight) and
sows (all stages) to prevent diarreah and to increase immunity in
the animals.
Mode of action.
LIVE ACTIVE YEAST- Increment the total bacterial count in the digestive
tract, specially the cell population. Additionally, helps in conditions
of stress and in the absorption of carbohydrates.
FRUCTO-OLIGOSACCHARIDES- Immuno-stimulant agent . that bind specifically
to a receptor molecule on the surface of phagocytes. When the receptor
molecule is engaged, the cells become more active, killing and digesting
bacteria. At the same time , they secrete signal molecules which
stimulate the formation of white blood cells.
PROBIOTIC- The four types of probiotics in IMMUNOX are specific
to the porcine specie. These are - Bifedobacterium Longhum, Bifedobacterium
Thermophilum, Lactobacillus Acidophillus y Streptococcus Faecium
. Their functions is to prevent colonization of pathogens in the
intestines by competitive exclusión and the production of
lactic acid in the presence of pathogens, preventing disease and
helping to maintain the good health of the animals.
All components in IMMUNOX work in synergism , incrementing their
respective efficacies, resulting in the common end of incrementing
quabtity and quality of animal production.
