I Project of breeding and put on weight of swinish

Greetings to all those that participate in this forum.
I want to carry out a breeding project and put on weight of swinish, for what I need information in this respect, especially on the feeding of these or another important topic that I allow to decrease operative costs. For the time being I am thinking of the breeding of swinish locked in corrals with industrial food, but this is very expensive. Am I in the correct thing?. If it is do they exist this way alternative complementary in the feeding of the swinish ones that allows to reduce costs? or which is the best feeding?.
Thank you for the information that he/she can help me to make the decisions but good, effective and sure.

Constructions:
- Number of females in granga
- Reproductors number
- Parideras
- Lechoneras
- Corrals of he/she gets up and it feeds

Productive and reproductive parameters:
- Number of animal destetos
- Number of childbirths a year
- Productive cycles (each as much as he/she wants to take out to the market the animal)

Operatives:
- Operatives' number dividing it in their function and hours from these to day

Feeding:
- I consummate
- Maintenance
- Gestation
- Lechoneras
- He/she gets up and it feeds

Materials and teams

To the you to define these parameters knows the costs exactly for phase of the project.

Hello to all.
Estoy in these moments implementing a small farm with 4 female Landrace and a male Duroc. My question is the following one: is it necessary to carry out the castration of the males when they have less than one month, and what problems can they happen if it is that I don't castrate them? As I have listened, if they are not castrated one runs the risk that these have less value in the market and that their development is also smaller. Is certain esto?

Atendiendo to their question, I comment him that the one castrated of pigs he/she is carried out among the 7 á 10 days of having been born to avoid bigger estrés and the scaring is good. But for what reason do we castrate? If they will put on weight, it is to be able to contain them next to the females and to avoid the problems that it carries the sexual development of the males (aggressiveness, fights, hurts, etc.). If he/she will sell it as pig, it would not be necessary to castrate it, since the supposition bad flavor that gives to the meat would be given by the testosterona or masculine hormone, which its proportion increases in blood during the puberty (6 months of age, aprox.).
