Sulfonamides residues (SAS) ELISA Test Kit
1. Principle
This test kit is based on the competitive enzyme immunoassay for the detection of Sulfamonomethoxine (SMM), Sulfadiazine (SD), Sulfamerazine (SM1), Sulfamethoxazole (SMZ) and Sulfathiazole (ST) in the tissue(chicken, pork), milk, honeyand egg. The coupling antigen is pre-coated on the micro-well stripes. The Sulfonamides residues in the testing sample competes with the coupling antigen pre-coated on the micro-well stripes for the antibody against Sulfonamides. After the addition of the enzyme conjugate, the TMB substrate is added for coloration. The optical density (OD) value of the testing sample ha-s a negative correlation with the content of Sulfonamides residues in the sample. This value is compared to the standard curve and the content of the corresponding Sulfonamides residues is subsequently obtained.
