MY56x2 Twin-screw Extruder

A novel twin-screw extruder mainly used in the laboratories of scientific research departments, schools as well as the industrial units of small feed mills, food plants etc.;
Speed of the twin shafts is controlled via frequency conversion. The thermometers and pressure transmitters fitted on each section of the barrel can precisely indicate the temperature and pressure in each zone;
The SBTZ10 small twin-shaft differential-speed conditioner provided features long conditioning time and good effectiveness, and it is equipped with ports for adding steam, water and molasses, which can be used flexibly as per the user’s requirement;
The small feeder furnished with a bridging breaker is integrated with the conditioner and extruder, exquisite and compact.
