 Commercial Contact | SLNF Series Tipping Counterflow Cooler (Type A)
- Widely applied in the cooling process of feed industry, the machine is suitable for cooling various kinds of pellets such as pelleted feed, expanded feeds, extruded feeds and flake feeds etc., especially for cooling extruded pellet feeds;
- Structurally arranged in a vertical way, the appearance is simple and beautiful;
- On the principle of the advanced couterflow cooling, the machine is equipped with a tipping type discharging device driven by a flexible hydraulic system, which is characterized by its smooth material flowing, adjustable discharging rate and discharging speed as well as uniform discharging;
- The octagon cooling bin has eliminated dead cooling corner, which is beneficial to the cooling treatment of materials;
- The novel rotary spreader ensures materials for a uniform and complete cooling with reduced breakage, featuring adjustable range of material distribution and lowered power consumption;
- The temperature of the cooled pellets is not 5¡æ higher than ambient temperature, water removal rate is not lower than 3.8%, extending the storage time of high-grade pellet feeds;
- An access door is set in the front side, facilitating daily maintenance and repairing; and some sight glasses are furnished in the sides and on top of the machine for inspecting the running conditions of the machine.
