SWDB Series Swing Type Pellet Post-cooker

The hydraulic discharging device ensures continuous operation without strict restriction to production capacity;
Thermo insulation jacket in combination with steam pipes results in fine insulation effect and uniform heat perception of materials;
All component parts contacting material are made of stainless steel with very good anti-corrosion property;

With this machine, which is mainly used in the pelleting step of an aquafeed manufacturing process, the pellets just coming out from a pellet mill in a temperature as high as 70 ¨C 90¡æ can be kept in the bin for a certain time so as to facilitate the improvement of the internal texture and nutritive composition of pellets and to heighten their ripening degree and water stability, for instance, the feed products for fresh water fish and shrimp etc.
