TGZZ Series Vibrating Fluid-bed Dryer

Thanks to the high drying intensity, energy consumption is 40-60% lower than common dryers;
The material, which fully contacts hot air and is in “boiling” fluidized condition, can be dried uniformly without any damage to particle surface;
Depth of stock flow bed and moving speed can be regulated freely as per its moisture content;
With multi functions, this machine can either be used for drying operation or for cooling and dampening operations;
Suitable for drying, cooling and dampening granular, flaky or granular materials in chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries etc., and drying prawn feed, extruded feed, common aqafeed, feed yeast and feed additives etc in feed industry.
