SMTZ10 Enzyme Preparation Coater

Automatic control of the whole machine unit: The scraper weigher can automatically measure the flow rate of granular materials, on to which enzyme preparation can be sprayed in a preset proportion according to the material flow rate;

The flow rate of granular materials can be preset, and the proportion of enzyme preparation to be sprayed can be set by oneself;

The pressure of compressed air can be adjusted to optimize the atomization effect, ensuring coating uniformity;

Located behind pelleting or extrusion, the machine is suitable for coating pellets with enzyme preparation in small proportion, and two miscible liquids can be applied at the same time.
