Beneo™ oligofructose

Beneo™ oligofructose is available in liquid or powder form. It consists of oligofructose and the natural sugars glucose, fructose and sucrose in varying combinations. Beneo™ oligofructose is a dietary fibre obtained by partial hydrolysis of inulin. Additionally the Beneo™ oligofructose product range allows for a slightly sweet or bitter version to complement the palatability of the recipe Beneo™ oligofructose allows for an attractive taste/aroma in Maillard reaction while processing industrial petfoods. Oligofructose is the world's most soluble dietary fibre and, like inulin, it specifically stimulates beneficial bifidobacteria in the colon, allowing the creation of prebiotic foods.
