Aviflox*

DESCRIPTION
aviflox* is a potent broad spectrum bactericidal antimicrobian belonging to
the fluoroquinolones family, recommended for the treatment of chickens of any age.
COMPOSITION
Each ml of aviflox* contains:
Enrofloxacin (active substance)………..100 mg
INDICATIONS
Aviflox* is recommended as an aid in the treatment of bacterial infections susceptible to the
action of enrofloxacin as: Mycoplasma sp, Pasteurella sp, Haemophilus sp, Salmonella sp, E.
coli, ORT, and others.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
Apply 0.5 ml per liter of drinking water, equivalent to 10 mg of active product
/ Kg hody meight, for 3 to 5 consecutive days.
It is recommended to apply a shock dosage, using the total ammount of product to be used in one day of medication, in the water the animals will drink in a 3 to 5 hours period. Repeat treatment for 3 to 5 consecutive days. Each liter of aviflox* medicates 10,000 kg of body weight.
PACKING
Plastic bottles with 1 and 20 liters.
STORAGE CONDITIONS
Keep out of reach of children and animals.
Store in a dry and cool place.
If freezing occurs, thaw before using.
Protect from direct sunlight.
WARNING
Chickens: withdraw 5 days before slaughter.
The eggs of treated birds should not be for human consumption up to 5 days after the last day
of treatment.
Prepare a fresh stock solution daily.
Presence of high concentrations of minerals in the drinking water can interfere with the disolution and homogenization of the product.
