Salmon with a twist |
A new "hotter" hot dog is ready for the Norwegian market. Investor Gustav Fritzoe has together with Mills invested NOK 40 million on developing a new hot dog made from salmon.
They will spend another NOK 20 million on introducing the new product to help parents convince their children to choose this healthier hot dog.
According to Aftenposten, it certainly looks like a hot dog, and it does not taste of salmon! - and neither should it, if it is to compete with the ordinary hot dog, according to the manufacturer.
The company's salmon burger on the other hand is definitely allowed to taste of salmon!
