The International Poultry Expo is the networking hub of the world for the poultry industry! Every segment of the poultry and egg industry is represented: feed milling, live production, hatchery, processing, further processing, packaging, commercial egg, marketing, and all support activities.
MORE THAN JUST JUST A TRADE SHOW
NETWORKING The co-location of the International Poultry Expo and the International Feed Expo provides more than just the joining of the world´s largest poultry and feed shows, respectively. Close to 20,000 poultry and feed leaders from 97 countries gathered to see the newest technology relating to production and processing of poultry meat and eggs in 2007.
EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS The registration fee includes admission to the educational programs held throughout the show. The IPE program is developed by a committee of industry leaders who tailor the program to address the hottest issues and challenges facing the poultry industry. The American Feed Industry Association will sponsor a series of presentations that will focus on lowering feed manufacturing costs and improving efficiency in the mill. Additionally, the show will feature two InfoMart Theaters where exhibitors can present 20-minute technical programs. In 2007 nearly 50 companies took advantage of this complimentary service (presentation opportunities on a first come-first served availability).
COLLEGE STUDENT CAREER PROGRAM Approximately 300 college students from 28 different universities participated in the 2007 College Student Career Program. It provides an excellent opportunity for interested companies to interview students each year for full-time positions and internships.
INTERNATIONAL POULTRY SCIENTIFIC FORUM The Southern Poultry Science Society, the Southern Conference on Avian Diseases and the U.S. Poultry & Egg Association will sponsor the International Poultry Scientific Forum immediately prior to the 2008 exposition. The forum will be held January 21-22 at the Georgia World Congress Center. In 2007, more than 750 leaders in the scientific community gathered to share data and observations focusing on the research needs of the poultry industry. The forum presents information on such topics as environmental management, nutrition, physiology, pathology, processing, avian diseases and product development. There is a separate registration fee for this program.
TECHNOLOGY EXCHANGE The benefits of exhibiting branch out from pre-show marketing all the way to show follow-up. The 2007 IPE/IFE show featured more than 350,000 square feet of exhibit space from 945 exhibitors from all over the world.

ENERGY INNOVATION SECTION This specially marked and promoted section will focus on the growing importance of energy conservation and innovation in energy production. The area will mix informational exhibits with commercial booths.
