Mycotoxins are of great
economical importance to food industry. In order to be informed on the
advances and legislation of these contaminants, there will be a Symposium
on mycotoxins in industry that will be presented by specialists of different
countries.
The Latinamerican Society of Mycotoxicology (SLAM), Universidad Nacional
Autónoma de México (UNAM), the International Life Science
Institute (ILSI) and the National Chamber of the Manufacturing Industry
(CANACINTRA) invites all the scientists and industries related with
foods, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and of chemical analysis to participate
with oral presentations, posters or with a booth in the Technological
Exposition, in subjects related with the following Mycotoxin Sections:
1. Cereals and their derived
products.
2. Milk, dairy products, meats and egg.
3. Oil seeds and derivates.
4. Species, condiments, hot peppers and dry fruits.
5. Beverages (juices and alcohols).
