Forberg® mixers / coaters / vacuum coaters/dryers

In the Forberg® mixer you will achieve a homogeneous mixing in few seconds with no regard to size, shape or density of the products. The Forberg mixer is also used for coating of powders and pellets. High capacity / low energy mixing.

A third generation technology has been launched as a rotating vacuum coater, RVC. The coated product can absorb more liquid like fat, oil, flavours, etc. than in conventional coaters and the final product has a dry surface. The unit F-60-RVC will be exhibited during Victam 2007.

Forberg® Drying systems: Drying is achieved by combining drying technology with mixing technology where hot air is blown into the dryer. The Forberg Drying System has a high thermal efficiency and is normally supplied as a closed-loop system.

The new and innovative powder dosing unit developed for the Forberg Rotating Machines will be presented and exhibited for the first time ever during this exhibition.
