does it Put on weight of pigs? is it profitable?

I am a young manager, I have a restaurant where the meat and the viscera of the pig are the base of the food that ofresco. I want to mount a farm porcicola, to satisfy the demand of my restaurant. When arriving the pigs to the weight to take them to the refrigerator, to sacrifice them and to process the product in my restaurant. Is it economically profitable? I plan to begin with 10 animals. Is a good quantity to begin? this having encuenta that wanted to take out 2 pigs per week, although the demand of my restaurant is a lot but high.

That they advise me?

Hello to all I am an agricultural technician of mexico and I am beginning with my farm of pigs but I don't have much budget for the feeding because I am studying the univercidad and the truth this implies an expense something strong for my and for that reason he/she wanted to know that frma could know since right now as balancera food portions to be able to deisminuir a little my expense to future I hardly have pigs in gestation but I believe that in 2 months but we already have a good litter of pigs I manage the race york because I like a lot to my that aniaml type for its genetic form and for its great good size that is everything friends they know I am new in this it paginates I hope they can help me thank you.

I have a very small farm and however for my it is something very good, I have meat for my family, my pigs give the l02 weight or 98 ks. to the l37 or l42 days. and that for my it is something very good. and the price to that I blindfold is to as this in the market at the moment to l5.90 in foot. previously l6.50. there is also another aspect and it stops my it is important you should like the Pig Industry and you should love her so that you are corresponded.

I would also like to begin in this business, and I would like to know what swinish race it would be the best for this business, the same as their feeding plan to obtain pigs of 102 Kg at one time of 4 months. I live in San Francisco, CA, but I want inciarme in this business in Mexico. What does it recommend me? If I like he/she can write, he/she would thank it to him a lot. Also, is it necessary to look for the buyers first, as restaurants, butcher shops and refrigerators?
