Diet for pigs with the help of by-products
Hello Friends.. a felíz year for all. I want in this new year to share with all you an economic system to feed pigs with exelente conversion and good economic results. At the present time I possess an exploitation porcícola in the Municipality of Lebrija Santander Colombia, story with 120 breeding females, 10 pigs average for childbirth, two childbirths and half for year and 3000 pigs destetos, divided in 250 individuals per month. The breeding females are fed before 30 days and 25 days after the childbirth with a called concentrated food CERDALACTANCIA, the pigs starting from the eighth day of having been born are fed with PREINICIADOR and after the day 25 until the day 35 with CHANCHITO. After the day 35 until the day of sacrifice are fed with a premezcla that gets ready in the farm that contains the following elements:
1 - Papa,Huevo or chicken blood or of cooked chicken vacuno,Ahuyama,Embrión
2 - I pasture tender dive
3 - bran of Barley or palmiste cake
4 - sea salt
5 - Premezcla mineral
6 - oil of African palm or fatty acid of solla

With everything or previous a premezcla is made and it is distributed in proportion of 1.5 Kg by animal.

The tender grass can be replaced by leucadena, ramio, leaf of Bore or aquatic plants (azolla or lenna)

It lauds Animals they are fed with this premezcla during five (5) counted months starting from the day 35 of age and their weight average must be 93 Kg.osea 500 gr. per day

The cost average of kg of food belongs to $350 Colombians.

Hello Josè: Some breeders comment me that to the portions, it is convenient to add him PAPRIKA, so that their meat is but rosy and with better flavor you know the influence of this condiment in the alimentaciòn of pigs.

Respected Luis.. I don't know this element, but it stops pigmentar the carme, there am included in the diet, tender grass of the variety King Grass. It has occurred good results and the meat leaves very similar red color to the one of bovine. Anyway I would love to know the chemical composition of the product and to look if in Colombia it is possible to buy it.

The pig is an omnivorous animal that eats what you toss him, the important thing it is to know how to balance what you give him, so that not alone it feeds him if not that it nurtures him, he doesn't give the same result to give alone potato that potato with a supplement proteinico, the differences are big, you can use slaughterhouse by-products, panificacion, incubation plants, panela, restaurantes, lacteos production, but trying to the maximum to give them in a balanced form, I have worked with all these
and the results are better if they are given in balanced form.
