In my country SPAIN, a pig monórquido doesn't interest.
In my country SPAIN, a pig monórquido is castrated, while smaller, better.
In my country SPAIN that I know, it has not still passed in fashion the castration, the other way around, cebadero pigs are castrating (male-females) a month of being born.
In my country SPAIN, I practice the castration every day, and when I castrate a pig monórquido... jo... unthinkable to wait 30 days to their recovery. That varies from a pig to another. With saying that many times after having castrated, neither he/she swells, neither he/she stops to eat, neither it loses weight, neither it becomes sick, neither that to say has that of sure that if it is not castrated he/she gives bad flavor the meat.
