CHICK COUNTING & BOXING EQUIPMENT
The Automatic One Day Old Poultry Counter is designed to count & box poultry into compartment boxes.
The dual lane includes the following elements:
- Two separate curved belt conveyors to maximise chick separation
- Two vision detection kits for counting chicks completely damp and dust proofed
- Two chutes to direct chicks into the boxes
- One alarms system against excessive dirt on cell window or false counts
- One group of electrical control panels
- One digital display unit with automatic flock control with:
- number of flocks/day, flock, ID,
number of counts per box,
- number of chicks in last box.
- Carton and PVC boxes either with 1 or 2 compartments
Capacity:
One lane machine:
- 30 000 chicks / hour
- 10 000 turkey poults / hour
- 10 000 ducklings / hour
Dual lane machine:
- 60 000 chicks / hour
- 20 000 turkey poults / hour
- 20 000 ducklings / hour

Accuracy of 2-3 chicks per 1 000 over a 10 box count
