good afternoon Mr. Alvaro Alvarez.
The system of upbringing of pigs (it puts on weight and finalización) to drop it climbs he/she has applicability, since you save in certain investments that are expensive (Lagoons, Buildings, floors). Now, when it is systems of high level, the pigs lose efficiency in 5 at 10. Also that the costs of the handling of the bed are high, approximately 8 $sold US/Cerdo.
The deep bedding is an alternative to place pigs when the business is good.

I Share with you the very positive experience that has offered me this system until today's day. Some days ago, I took out the first lot of it feeds of forty (40) pigs, with the following results: The pigs entered to the galpón with a weight average of 24 Kilos, and after ten (10) weeks they went out with a weight average of 90 Kilos. In the whole cycle each pig wasted away 3.7 bundles on the average of concentrated (bundles of 40 Kilos), they began consuming an average of 1 Kl. for pig per day, and they finished consuming an average of 2.4 Kl. for pig per day. During the whole cycle, the pigs were fed only and exclusively with concentrated food, which I/you/they were had in all available moment in the chute (it was not rationed). Feeders were used - semiautomatic drinking troughs. The type of used concentrate was the line industrial special y/o that manages the mark that I am using that, although it is the most expensive, I believe that it shows more than enough the good benefits. No pig presented during the cycle some illness súntoma. He/she began with a bed of approximately 20 centimeters, and in the measure in that the pigs were acquiring weight he/she left adding more material until finishing with a bed of approximately 25 centimeters. For the bed I am using the material Husk of Rice, which I am buying directly in the mills of rice. The galpón is located at an approximate distance of ten (10) meters of the housing house, and to the date it has not presented in any moment problems of bad scents y/o of flies. It was very useful to be adding a small layer of husk of rice on the sector of the galpón (they chose a corner of him) that the pigs used to make their necessities (eye! to add, more not to change this husk addition was carried out approximately once per week). At the end of the cycle the bed is under good conditions to receive the second lot. He/she makes fifteen (15) days I entered in another galpón that was built, a second lot with a weight average initial of 23 Kilos, and to today's day their weight averages it is already in 34 kilos. Any additional information can contact me.

Ana María, I congratulate you to have chosen deep bed for your pigs, it is the best system in the moment, for my concept. To avoid the flies and the bad scent, you should always have in your farm husk of rice, it is the best solution to your problem, you know that the bed should always be dry to in fact avoid these inconveniences.

Hello.
Mr. Luis Fernando Calderon Castro,
I am Jamil Torrico, and I wanted to begin in this system, and if it could send me IMAGES of their farm, the part of the troughs more than everything, since I want to use a galpón of chickens that is without operation. He would be very grateful.
