DESCRIPTION

Ampicillin trihydrate and colistin methansulphonate in injectable suspension.

TECHNICAL PROPERTIES

Colistin is a bactericide active specially with Salmonella, Pseudomona, Shigella, E. coli, Klebsiella, Bordetella, Haemophillus and Aerobacter. Colistin has a synergetic effect with penicillins, which is in this case ampicillin.

INDICATIONS AND SPECIES

Indicated for pigs, sheep, goats and cattle in the treatment of infections caused by germs that are sensitive to the association of ampicillin-colistin and are present in the digestive, respiratory and urogenital apparatus as well as in the skin, blood and soft tissues.
