Batery Cages for Layers
The KAYOLA battery cage is the result of 35 years of research, development and experience.The profils and wire meshes that build our batteries make the ventilation be both easy and effective. In addition to this good ventilation, the visibility and comfort of our cages are the reason for the maximum quality and quantity of eggs.
Our manufacturing system allows to fulfil our custemers needs, as long as the measures of our basic model are kept.
Feeding system by feed hopper auto-propelled. The regulation system permits a homogene and regular distribution of the feed, avoiding (thanks to our special feed trough) feed waste.
Drinking system is based on an adjustable pressure deposit per row, with 2 inox nipples and V-shaped drip collection troughs.
Door are sliding and can be opened completely.
Cage's elements are made of galvanized steel, which protecs the structure from rusting.
