Dear Engineer Retana:
I find very interesting their two articles published in this forum on the biodigestor of polyethylene of low cost, type Taiwan.
With all the respect that you deserve me as person and as professional representative of so important institution of the Costa Rican state, me as Facilitator of the Learning of the University EARTH in Costa Rica, I suggest him that from now on it mentions the bibliographical references of where he/she has taken their information, for respect to the authors and institutions on topics that they are not of their responsibility.
For their information and that of the participants in this forum, the model biodigestor Taiwan was developed in this country and it was taken to Colombia by the Dr Thomas Preston in 1986. There, in the Center for the investigation in Sustainable Systems of Production Agricultural-CIPAV we adapt this model to the polyethylene, accessories and reciclaje materials that are in the market of the countries of Tropical America.
The Dr Preston and I develop the exit valve and the valve of security that he/she is placed at the moment and we write a manual on this technology.
I introduced this biodigestor model to the University EARTH in February of 1994. However, the institution leader in Costa Rica on the investigation in biodigestion has been the Technological Institute of Costa Rica - ITCR.
The bibliographical reference is:
Boatman, R. and T.R. Preston. 1987. Biodigestor of low cost for the production of fuel and fertilizer starting from you excrete. Manual for their installation, operation and use. I center for the Investigation in Sustainable Systems of Agricultural Production (CIPAV), Cali, Colombia. 30p.

Receive all a cordial and respectful greeting,
Raúl Boatman Boatman MVZ, MSc.
