in fact you offer us an IDEAL panoramic for a swinish farm. I want to comment that in our region in Mexico, swinish farms are developed with good infrastructure, and these possess a ventilation adapted since they are installed in the periphery of the city, and they are considered that they are at least to 10 kms. of the nearest population...
In my region it is very important to have or to have a study of environmental impact, which is emitted by the Sagarpa, and evaluated by specialists in Sustainable development...
I want to comment that the forced ventilation or mechanics is relatively expensive, since the electric power consumption is high, and if they are not had the stomaches indicated by physical space, it is as if we only wanted to maintain the fresh area... It is very important also to know and to control the rodents that inhabit the swinish farms (gray rat, mapaches, insects, etc..), these are restrictive for the good development of the pigs of it puts on weight, and some illnesses that can make sick the pigs also take place when they mix the substances that you/they defecate with the food that you/they are served.
The objective of the ventilation: in our region, in the facilities, it is very usual that serves to take out the gases that are given with the fermentation of organic waste of the same animals. And the second objective is to maintain an appropriate temperature inside the confinamiento huts.
