The feeding of the substitution sows is since importanticimo the development that this it reaches duranta its puberty it is very significant for the productive-reproductive life of the sow. I believe that the one articulates it contributes a lot in this sense.
My questions for all those of the forum are:
In that BCS the sow begins to present subfertilidad problems?
In that litter size should look for reeplazo to my sow?

I congratulate him for their I articulate engineer very well this for us that begin in the breeding of pigs and I ask him if to a substitution sow I give cervicio to the first heat that presents that it happens

Very good I articulate, in the feeding of a reproductive facility this the gain or the lost of the exploitations.

to this conclusion you arrives in Colombia, since our Concentrated foods each you see they are but expensive and they don't contribute us many times the necessities nutricionlaes of the sows, it is for that reason that we have implemented different feeding types for sows and pigs of it puts on weight.

for the made questions When we possess a BCS among 2 at 1 problems of fertility they exist, it lowers the appearance in the jealousies and for ende there are not conceptions, it is it but evident in property, and when the BCS passes of the 4 this problem it is also presented or the ovaries are fatty, dificultadades enla mounts and low pariciones, among 6 to 7 pigs in females of conditions Not 5, it is the professionals' responsibility to give the good consultantship to have a reproductive facility under good conditions and it stops this way to have a maximum yield of the animal potential.

as for the age of the substitution, it depends on many factors like they are the feeding, genetic base, sanity and facilities, all these united ones give us the characteristics of the substitution, in general in the properties that I give consultantship, the last sows after the 8 childbirths comiensan you decline and it is on the average after this that is opted to discard it, the born pigs they are from 10 to 12 and with pesos among 1.6 at 1.7, when these values lower significantly but or less 10 to the sows are made the study and they are replaced.

Congratulations for the Ing, very good the I articulate.

Excellent I articulate. In answer to the question. This article gives you an idea to be able to make the same mensuration in the farm to be able to defirnir the parameters of the same one and to be able to establish the goals. To arrive to conditions of 1-2 is a problem of very marked handling, discarding illness problems or faulty foods in quality.
If this is presented what is recommended it is not to give service to allow to pass a zeal and to try to recover them in condition. Although this is not almost always given since he/she doesn't feed to free consumption neither with high foods in protein and energy like it is it the nursing.

To be able to discard according to the value in production. As producer I put you I don't want to have pigs with less than 10 born total and if this he/she has it on the average in the 3º childbirth, it should leave. This is heard very hard but he/she remembers this:
If we take in all that we find difficult 1000 for childbirth you divide it among 10, among 9, 8, 7, 6, and you can add this way him and you determined this way as much as you find difficult each pig. This but still if it is autoreemplazo. If it is I tweeted of breeding, it considers this: When they will sell you pigs they tell you, the genetics has a born average of 12 but if you don't achieve it at once they tell you, this can be due to many factors that you/they didn't explain to you in a principle.
Greetings

Good artículo, Engineer.
Basically it should have a well guided feeding, depending their physiologic state (flushing for bigger ovulation, formation embriológica and bigger number of pigs for litter in intervals of suggested childbirths, dorsal thickness 2.8).
Other factors predisponentes (stress, age, race, nutrition).

it is a good article, because the appropriate feeding of the sows will define the development of the pigs, and for consequence, the profitability of the farm.

Engineer Paulino:
I congratulate him for their article. As I am new in this topic, he/she wanted to know if the test of Gd practiced to the sows is required of specialized laboratory for such an end, or it can be carried out in the property in form practice.
Also desire to know what food type I can give to the chosen sows for breeding, after the phase of growth from now on, until it arrives their first jealousies and beginning of the gestation.
I thank their opinion ahead of time. Sincerely, greetings.

Franklin,
It is not necessary laboratory to measure the Gd, it is something that a worker can carry out it without problems, the apparatus is easy to manage, and simple and cheap.
My recommendation is to elaborate a special food for substitution sow, until reaching the weight of the first one it mounts.

it is a good topic and very useful, but it interests me to know how many kilos of food he/she should eat the pig gestante a day and in every period of their gestation.
It also interests me to know how many kilos he/she should eat the pig of it puts on weight a day.

Alberto,
In the article it clarifies well how many kg/cerda/día to apply according to the conditions of the sows (p e.g. multípara, nulípara, thin, fat and normal), also for the dorsal fatty GD. The pigs in it puts on weight they feed ad libitum.

good afternoon, sr. Joaquín, thank you for their answer. It is true, I believe that I didn't formulate my question well. Truly he/she wanted to know about a program to feed and to raise to the sow gestante being nulípara.

Engineer Joaquín, here in Peru and Pasco still that it is to a height of cold, these swinish ones are not acclimatized and neither they end up obtaining the maximum weight, to enter to cover, therefore, which the other exit would be. Ing, I am entering to a project that he/she calls himself here in Peru PRODUCTIVE PROJECTS, that which is financing of mining bonuses. I am in hill of Pasco. With what project can one work here? Me you that you have years of work in upbringing of animals and consultantship. He/she would thank him largely to lean on with all that counts. I say goodbye. Take care. Until soon.

Tito,
To be able to help you, you have to inform me what you want to make and the climatic conditions of the area. The cold is not a problem for the pigs. Explain to me better to help you.

For my the feeding in this stage is not very it criticizes if it is well but well criti in the nursing since these sows eat from 6 to 7 daily kilos according to the #of pigs and the sow in some specific cases spread to suffer of a malnutrition reason I think of lack of essential minerals as they are since it the iron and the calcium in this estapa they spread to increase blood and then to transform it into milk and the abuse of its bony composition is affected by confinamiento and extres in the moment of the childbirth.
In my farm I give to the sows gestantes 2 daily kilos of food.. it can be 1 kilo of food and the other kilo with a by-product that one finds in the region in my case yucca, corn, or soya cake if there is.
I hope it serves them as something.
