Why was not it used Fatty Acids Polinsaturados of long chain as the Omega it is 3 (EPA -DHA), due that we have had excellent results with these fatty acids?

The reason of using AGCM in a superior proportion to the AGCL is basically for the speed of the obtained effect: the use of the energy generated by the AGCM is quicker than the one generated by the AGCL that is more sustained in the time. In the concrete case of treatment in pigs neonatos with under weight to the birth, it is of vital importance the reaction speed, since as soon as possible the pig consents to take the maternal, much bigger calostro it will be the use of this. It is necessary to remember that the calostro goes losing wealth as the hours pass after the childbirth, in a too quick way. Therefore, it is very important in these cases suplementar to the pig with a product that him of energy provechable in a quick way and, also, to give him the supplement during the first hours of life. The object of the suplementación of AGCM is to endow the energy pig, in a way the quick sufientemente so that it can consent and to take advantage of to the maximum the maternal calostro. The AGCL, although they are also of great interest, they don't confer the pig this reaction speed after the taking of the concentrate.

Dear Doctor: I have to congratulate him for their extraordinary precise and overwhelming clear answer. I consider that he/she has the whole reason and back their point of view, in turn I want to make him my comments in relation to how nostros we observe and we use our Omega 3.
Several studies carried out in the world in human beings, and in other species except ruminant, they have demonstrated that the incorporation of Omega3 (EPA-DHA) in the mother in the last gestation third have given children and breedings as a result with a development of the nervous system and more efficient inmunitario when being born. These results I believe that they could be carried out in pigs to have very little difference as for their metabolism and physiology with regard to the human species.
What does he/she say of these comments, and if he would like to carry out a test incorporating in the portion of the pregnant females the Omega 3 - (EPA-DHA)?

Very interesting the article. If it was them possible I would love to know the composition of fatty acids of the product in question (Vigorol) because I didn't see it in the article, neither I have been able to her to find for this road. I am staunch defender of the topic, and I still say that they should be included in the preiniciación diets. I thank if somebody can contribute me literature in this respect.

Juan Manuel: The composition of the product is with the help of Ac. caproico, Ac. caprílico, Ac. cáprico, Ac. láurico, Ac. mirístico, Ac. palmítico, Ac. oleico, Ac. linoleico and Ac. linolénico, contributed all them through oil of soya and of coconut. I wait to have answered to their question.

Patricio: Without a doubt some, the outlined option of using the Omega-3 in sows can be of great interest in swinish livestock. To my way of seeing, they are becoming big studies, and big quantities of money are investing in promoting the topic, overalls in human, at least in Europe. The adaptation of the information that leaves generating in human to the rent animals, is the following step. Although there are already some studies (although the truth, I don't know in depth the topic...), I believe that several experiences should be generated, adapting the available information until the moment to the current productive reality of the swinish livestock. I believe that the results that they are obtained they can be very interesting!!

Hello. I find super interesting this article. I live in Peru, and I would like to know if this product arrives here. I am very interested because I have necessity of some product that he/she helps me with the dehydration of pigs R.N. Apparently I am managing bad the climates, and perhaps for that reason is lowering the quality of the milk, the bells heat a lot.
I will thank them if they can tell me of some similar product or that it is used here for this dehydration and weakness.

Hello Tito.
In what refers exactly to the necessities of the pigs after being born, these are covered with the calostro (first hours of life), and for the milk until the moment of the weaning (21 - 28 days, according to carried out handling). Yes it is certain that starting from the 10 days of life one can give to the pig an I think complementary with high milky content so that he/she gets used to him, and that this way the weaning (I pass of consumption of milk to I think) it is the less traumatic thing possible.
As for the recently born pigs, the most important thing resides in assuring the correct access to the calostro and maternal milk, since these take the whole energy and specific immunity of the exploitation that the pig needs to grow in a healthy way, and to be able to confront the future challenges (illnesses, etc...). In this case, what one can make is suplementar to the pigs (especially to those of smaller weight) with a product with the help of energy (the Fatty Acids of Half Chain and it Releases they are very effective), to give to the pig this energy push that he can lack many times due to the bad conditions of temperature, competition among siblings, wrong handling, illness (diarrheas...) etc... This aspect would not stop to be as the gasoline for the first hours of life.
