it is very interesting, and mainly very concrete the explanation of the topic. It is our interest to develop a Bioreactor that can us remplazar at least some 200 gallons of ACPM/HORA, dedicated to dehydrate forages.
As matter it prevails we have the same forages, high in carbohydrates (13), and of high productivity of biomass.
However, we always smash with the theory of the high consumption of organic matter to achieve a produced first floor of gas methane.

Hello Pedro. It is an excellent article. I find fundamental the publicity of the 2da part of the same one. I also find fundamental that shares us information it has more than enough data for the assembly, not only the economic part but also the practical part: Number of necessary pigs to generate certain quantity of waste, quantity of organic matter generated by each pig, etc.

Respected participant gentlemen of the forum:
I thank their comenterios on my article, I have list the second part that I will send in the course of this week. I will play all the topics it has more than enough teams, required elements, economic aspects of costs and other, etc, and obviously also a theoretical part that I consider necessary for appropriate knowledge of these processes and design base.
I also include a MODEL DE BIORREACTOR to which many call HANDMADE, he/she is a simple model, but with all the necessary elements so that it is productive and effective, as soon as he/she refers to bioabono and energy, he/she is a model completely different to the other ones that respectfully I include, since most manages bag biodigestores, bell, and others that are very good, but they are far from ending up producing high levels of BIOGAS and payment, with high quality.
I wait the presentation of my technology it is interpreted, I don't eat an intention of giving class on the topic, but again, I insist, I only want to share my achievements and developments with my South American siblings, Mexicans, Central American and naturally my Colombian countrymen.

Excellent article, so much for the technical bases as of investigation.
I believe that in spite of being a tip technology, it is also certain that we are in a point that an implementation of this type of technologies is required, but at more individual, such level and as you he/she writes down it in the final part.
I would like a lot that he/she could explain very well, mainly the topic of use of biogas, starting from bags or bells that I eat tells him they are implementing at level of producers, and that it would be of supreme importance knowing the form of working this biogas for the use of motors, and even in the use in vehicles.
Therefore, the explanation on how to obtain or to clean the gas is of supreme importance.
Equally, which the technology would be to store and to give this type of fuel to the different uses, since I have understood that it stops this it is required that the gas has certain pressure.
Thank you for their attention, and excuse the ignorance on the topic, but I am very interested in helping to a group of producing of milk that you/they have implemented this biodigestores type, and they are wasting the 90 of their kindness.

Congratulations to Pedro León for the itemized description of the estequeometría of the process. I would only like to know the cost that represents the treatment (or lastly the cost of the produced Kcla of the biogas), in way of having a reference in front of less efficient technologies.
I differ of considering the systems of UASB or other Biorreactores like of poor performance. Maybe measuring them exclusively as conversion of DBO, he/she can that they represent a smaller degree to the outlined system, but in energy terms, they are a favorable balance. As for times of retention, he/she wanted to make him remember that the Reactors of Internal Circulation (IC Reactors) of Biopaq, they have times of retention among 4 to 6 hrs, without heating systems, with a degradation 75 at 85 of the DQO and able to fight with high concentrations of solid sedimentables. They don't use enzymes, although yes correctors to balance the relationship C: N: P and the pH.
To conclude, it interests me to know how it carries out the topic of the maintenance of the heaters and the membranes, because the bacterias believe a fouling that obstructs and it diminishes the transfer of heat, making necessary the disassembly and cleaning of the elements.
Be possibly in the second part of their article. I wait for it with sincere interest.

Respected particpantes of the forum, due to the restlessness outlined in his comments, I am enlarging the second part a little that in brebe I will send, such as those of the engineer Christian Rodriguez on the maintenance of the heaters and membranes that in passing thank him in correcting me the expression poor performance to which corrected as much less efficient, I also indicate him that the system Biopaq to which makes refrencia for the retention tiempor, is an excellent system for the treatment of residual waters, and I eat well he/she says it it manages able to fight with high concentrations of solid sedimentables, but a great difference exists that is with my sitema: 1) my system this designed to treat any matter organic biodegradable and not alone residual waters 2) The efluente that takes place is not a mud or residual that it fulfills the vertimiento norms as soon as DBO and DQO, etc, but rather the efluente is a formulated biological Payment, or generic free of all patógeno with the nutrients required for a cultivation I specify and its purpose is to generate green cultivations 3) The times of retention that he/she mentions of the Biopaq from 4 to 6 hours that arrive sometimes at 15, are very interesting, but they don't degrade the organic matter to the degree of transforming it into given biological payment all the additional porcesosa that requires this 4) the effective production of CH4 that I obtain in my biorreactor starting from the biogas purtificado is of cubic 0.31metros for kilogram of organic matter characterized as they will see it in my second report. Other aspects ma that differ in the object and results of my team. In all form that I please to find their suggestions that build a valid base to clarify all that concerns to the topic of the Biogas, ý I thank him since due to that valuable one his comment, I am including a part it specifies on the maintenance of heaters as you the flame and membranes.
To the ingeniera Sandra responds him, you/he/she is of 16.5 cubic meters the total volume.

I thank their gentile words toward my opinions, I really like and but coming Well from a professional as you, alone I stay a doubt. In their comment, he/she mentions that the production ratio is of 0.31 m3 / kg converted DBO. Up to where I have understood, the production ratio for Biodigestores this for the order of the 0.43 m3 / Kg converted DQO... Is an error or maybe in the process the production of Bioabono is PRIORITIZED in front of that of Biogas? Perhaps for this reason it does diminish the ratio of production of Biogas?

It returns and you play an interesting topic, thank you for their appreciation and comments, it really indicates me that so seriously and in a rigorous way you manage this topic, and I think that amerita an I articulate special on the biochemistry of the process that comenze to prepare, the reason, and this for all the participants of the forum, is the ratio or range of production of gas of 0.31 m3/kg, they are of pure methane, and neither he/she has to do with the DQO or converted DOB, although naturally you can express in that base, if we expressed it on that parameter, he/she would be speaking of 0.56m3/kg but or less, but it is here where we should deepen on the biodegradación processes and biosynthesis, in fact, the DBO5 and DQO, they are parameters and measures that can be applied with certain certainty in this field, but they are not those but appropriate who work in the field of the chemistry and biochemistry in this topic, they prefer to use other analysis methods, and some of elos, consider reassessed the DBO and DQO for this area that I agree on certain degree, but all this should be clarified and to explain sustaining it, not alone saying it for mere respect to anyone that is interested in this topic, then if it is I possible and they also accept it to me, I will send an article on this topic, where definitively you hablaraen terms and explanations in the area of the biochemistry and detailed microbiology of the processes of degradació anaeróbica that not you if they are of the general interest of all the participants of the forum, anyway, Ing, Christian, I suggest him that in some way he/she requests permission, or not you that one has to make, to obtain my e-mail, and in that way me obtaining his, I will send him in detail the explanation on what I refer, what happens it is that I want to respect the norms of the forum of Engormix who so kindly they allow us or they give this great oportunida of to share and to discuss on the topic, and one of their norms is not the publication of electronic mail.
