Andritz Sprout conditioner

For optimum pellet or extrusion production the Andriz Sprout CM or CRT conditioners provide the best conditioning. Correct conditioning of feed for pelleting and extrusion is necessary in order to obtain a good and safe pellet quality, along with an effective utilization of the pelleting and extrusion installation. The Andritz Sprout CM conditioner is based on conditioning with the desired activation of natural binders in the feed ingredient using heat, moisture and time. The Andritz Sprout CRT conditioner is based on the first-in-first-our principle, making is possible to determine the exact conditioning periods, typically operating at 2-4 minutes.
